We’ve just got the news that Apple has seeded the third version of iOS 7 beta to developers of iOS Developer Program.

Apple unveiled iOS 7 at WWDC 2013 Keynote address on June 10th. It features a completely redesigned interface and new features such as Control Center, AirDrop for iOS, smarter multitasking and iTunes Radio.

.Swift 5.1.5 is Linux only change, Swift 5.1.3 is available as part of Xcode 11.3. MacOS 10.14.6; Xcode 11 or later. Run the package installer, which will install an Xcode toolchain into /Library/Developer/Toolchains/. Just tried building a Unity 4.1.5f with the today's Xcode 5 Developer Preview 3 and it now compiles projects as fast as Xcode 4 did - it can now be used to test without having to wait five minutes for it to compile!
Apple had seeded the first beta version of iOS 7 immediately after the WWDC 2013 Keynote on June 10th, and iOS 7 beta 2 on June 24th.
iOS 7 beta 3 seems to be available via OTA update currently. It is available for the following iOS devices:
Update 1:
We’re getting reports that users who installed iOS 7 beta without a developer account have been able to update to iOS 7 beta 3 without an issue. Please do let us know if it works for you.

iOS 7 beta 3 is also available for download in iOS Dev Center. Direct download links for iOS 7 beta 3 (please note you need to be a registered developer)
So if you’re a developer, then head over to iOS Dev Center to download the latest beta or launch the Settings app and navigate to General -> Software Update to install the OTA update. If you need help check out our step-by-step guide on how to install iOS 7 beta.

Apple has also released Xcode 5 Developer Preview 3.

iOS 10 beta 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 brought with them many new and exciting features for iPhone, iPod touch or iPad users. Now today Apple have released the sixth beta version of iOS 10 to developers. If you already have iOS 10 beta installed on your device, you should update to beta 6 as soon as possible to get the latest features and bug fixes.
